Please download your materials soon after purchase and keep a backup copy. Download links are provided for your convenience and are not a permanent hosting service.
Link availability
We aim to keep download links active for at least 12 months from purchase. A link may change if a provider updates their materials or if we need to move files; in that case you can contact support for an updated link.
Personal use only
Your download link is personal to you. Do not share it or post it publicly. Links shared in breach of the terms may be disabled, and where a course requires per-customer access, only the purchasing email address will be granted access.
Re-sending your link
If you lose your email, contact support@getmedicalcourses.com with your order number and checkout email address. We will verify your purchase before resending. For your security, we never disclose order details to anyone who cannot verify them.
